Set of seven different Christmas ornaments from the 'Memories of Santa' series. The series began in 1983 and produced a total of 139 Santas, showing the evolution of Santa Claus throughout history. These figurines were inspired by antique chocolate molds, early chromolithographs, turn-of-the-century postcards, and other cultural imagery. Our selection includes 7 Santas representing the following years: 1888, 1889, 1894, 1900, 1903, 1906, 1938. Each piece is made of earthenware and individually hand painted. The Santas are in good vintage condition. Please note the occasional chipping of the paint. The 1900 Santa has some chipping at the bottom near the year - please inspect the pictures carefully.
